MAINTENANCE USAGE

SUPER CLEANSE
Every three months if you would like to flush the body with nutrients and "super cleanse" you can take IN-LIVEN three times a day, half an hour before meals for 10 days. After this 10 days you can go back to the maintenance dosage of 1-3 teaspoons a day.

What is Fast-Tract?

Fast-Tract is a refreshing, effervescent liquid; an active source of friendly lactobacillus bacteria, and a natural source of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and enzymes.

Fast-Tract is a high quality, probiotic liquid, produced through an entirely natural, organic, fermentation process.

Fast-Tract is formulated to achieve high, active levels of probiotic bacteria sustained in a ready, liquid medium immediately available for use within the digestive system.

In-Liven, in powder form, contains approximately 40 million colony-forming units per gram, which is the limit that can be achieved in our powder formulas.

Why do we need Fast-Tract?

How do we use Fast-Tract?

Gently shake the bottle and untwist the cap slowly to release any gas. There may be a little sediment in the bottom of the bottle, which is a nutrient for the bacteria.

Dilute with water, freshly squeezed juices, add to recipes, use in smoothies and salad dressings, or drink neat.

Fast-Tract is recommended as part of every start-up program.

Drinking 30 to 50ml of Fast-Tract along with a teaspoon of In-Liven for the first 10-14 days can jump-start the good bacteria in the gut.

Then every 3 months a clean-out regime using Fast-Tract along with 3 teaspoons a day of In-Liven over a 10 to 14 day period is recommended.
